There are good things to remember, and I think this is one of them. It was at the bottom of a forward I got this morning.

very good. everyone has a battle but it is difficult sometimes to remember that, until their battle goes unchecked or intersects with the "normal" operation of the world.
I know that I am not as nice/open/welcoming as I should be to people.
